Located in the dynamic Oakridge neighbourhood, this project proposes two 18-storey purpose-built rental buildings that will bring 344 homes to the area. The project includes expansive outdoor spaces on the roof and inner courtyard, creating ample opportunity for vibrant community living.

We are working with project architects Dialog Design to ensure the project is resilient and designed to meet sustainability practices, from thermal performance to water system resiliency and more.
