This is our first project in California and will be 100% co-living. Near UCLA in the bustling Sawtelle-Japantown, this project will respond to the growing needs of the neighbourhood. With large 4 and 5-bedroom units, open stairwell courtyards, outdoor patios, and an indoor clubhouse, this project defines connectivity.
Thoughtful design will connect the community and residents in generous shared spaces and connected walkways throughout the building.
